A bill has been proposed to restrict helicopters over Los Angeles. The bill is called the Los Angeles residential helicopter noise relief act.
Most helicopters in the city are news coverage as well privately owned. The most important ones that actually help out would be the police helicopters. Those will not be affected by this bill if passed.
Congress is being urged to help pass this bill and keep the mid city and Los Angeles sky's noise free.
Assemblyman Mike Feue is the one who introduced the idea and is leading it to Sacramento.
